Brita Rosenheim has close to 20 years of experience in investment, M&A and strategic advisory in the foodtech and consumer sectors. She is recognized as an expert on the foodtech ecosystem and works with start-ups, investors and institutions. Brita is is a frequent speaker on the topic and her Food Tech & Media Report is used by participants and investors in the space to understand the quickly evolving landscape.
Brita is also an active Partner at Better Food Ventures, an early stage investment firm focused on the agtech and foodtech sectors, and The Mixing Bowl, a corporate advisory practice focused on serving the food & ag sectors. Previously, Brita drove Corporate Development (M&A) efforts at DXC Technology, and was an investment banker focused on consumer and media at ThinkEquity Partners, SG Cowen & Co. and Robertson Stephens in San Francisco. In addition, Brita previously drove strategy at a food-focused media agency in New York City.
Brita delivers focused advice and concrete support, and has a strong track record of creatively and strategically positioning clients for maximum market outcomes. She earned a M.A. in Food Communication from the University of Gastronomic Science in Colorno, Italy and received a B.A. in Mathematics from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA.
She currently lives in New York City, and is equally ecstatic over Blue Ribbon’s bone marrow and White Bear’s wontons in Flushing.
